Pat Franklin InvestigationsFormer award-winning veteran detective and chief polygraph examiner of the Miami Beach Police Department, for the past twenty five years Mr. Franklin, as head of his own private investigative agency and consultancy, is routinely retained by law enforcement agencies, various segments of government, and the private sector, including civil and criminal attorneys. Mr. Franklin has testified as an expert witness regarding the polygraph technique of lie detection as well as accepted investigative policies, practices and procedures.
